At Tozo, our handcrafted soba noodles are made from carefully selected buckwheat flour, freshly milled in a custom-made stone grinder to preserve their rich aroma and flavor. Each batch is skillfully prepared by experienced artisans.

Our cuisine is designed to pair beautifully with Japanese sake, featuring dishes such as charcoal-grilled specialties and seasonal simmered dishes. Each plate is crafted with simplicity to highlight the natural umami of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The spacious open kitchen is filled with the smooth sounds of jazz, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy their meal with pets on our terrace seating. For private gatherings with family, friends, or business associates, we offer private dining rooms on the second floor.
