Prepare a picnic sheet, insect repellent, and some food and drinks in advance, then take a taxi for about 25 minutes to the venue.
Secure a good viewing spot, enjoy some delicious snacks from the food stalls, and relax on your sheet while watching the fireworks.
(Just be careful not to drink too much—long lines at the restrooms can be a hassle!)
